Criteria for Financial Aid

A limited amount of money is available to assist families who would otherwise find enrollment difficult. Tuition from prior years must be current and/or paid in full.

  1. Financial need is the basis for consideration.
  2. Priority is given to current students who qualify.
  3. Financial aid is only granted to kindergarten through 8th grade students.
  4. Twenty-five percent (25%) sibling discount is awarded on the "base" tuition. All financial aid is based upon academic day tuition.

COMPUTER INSTRUCTOR

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Classroom teaching experience
  • BA or BS preferred, but computer related coursework will be considered
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PC’s and MAC's

Specific Duties:

  • Teach material from the approved curriculum to students in kindergarten – eighth grade
  • Develop weekly lesson plans which support the curriculum
  • Collaborate with the classroom teachers in preparing interdisciplinary lessons
  • Oversee a system of computer check-out for the staff
  • Provide regular feedback to the students relative to their performance
  • Assess student performance and provide marking period grades to classroom teachers
  • Work with the computer technology support staff to keep materials maintained and in working order
  • Prepare an annual computer lab order that includes appropriate software, replacement parts and other materials
  • Maintain an annual inventory of all software and hardware
  • Other teacher responsibilities as assigned by the Head of School
